Timenox Lite + Employee ID & PIN
Scan the Timenox Lite QR on a shared or client phone to open the shared attendance terminal, then enter the employee's ID and PIN. This is the PIN attendance workflow; it is separate from the employee QR attendance method. The phone does not have to belong to the employee.

Share the Timenox Lite QR
Place or share the QR code where employees need to verify attendance, including a client site or shared attendance point.
Open it on a shared phone
The employee or the person operating the shared phone scans the QR and opens the Timenox Lite attendance page.
Enter Employee ID and PIN
The worker identifies themselves with the Employee ID and PIN configured for them in Timenox.
Verify the attendance event
Timenox can verify the device location at the attendance event and capture a check-in or check-out photo when enabled by policy.
