How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to all Grow plan features for 14 days with no credit card required — you are not billed for a subscription until you choose to add payment and subscribe. You can onboard your team and test GPS-verified attendance, Attendance Proof, photo capture at check-in and check-out, device security, and attendance insights.
Can I request a refund after I subscribe?
Yes — if you qualify under our Refund Policy. Generally, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your first paid subscription invoice. This does not apply to subscription renewals, partial billing credits, breaches of terms, or abuse. International cards are often billed by Paddle (Merchant of Record); we coordinate with Paddle or Razorpay once you email support@timenox.com.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.
